HOMEMADE YOGURT 
Takes me about 6-8 weeks to eat this. So good!

1/2 gallon milk (full fat or 2% works great; I use Lactose free)
1/4 cup dried milk powder (about 3 tbsp.)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 container yogurt with live cultures

Heat the first 3 ingredients in microwave for 7 to 8 minutes. Will be about 110°F.

Stir in the yogurt and place in Instant Pot for 8 hours with glass lid on.

Take the pot and put in refrigerator overnight. I strain through the lid but hardly any whey.

Note: You really need the dried milk. It is what makes it thick.
