HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
Potato Buds instant puffs for 8 servings
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 c. ketchup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, 1 1/3 cup dry instant puffs, egg, salt, pepper, onion, ketchup and milk. Spread in ungreased 9 X 1 X 1/2 inch pie pan and bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes. Prepare remaining puffs as directed on package for 4 servings; top baked meat loaf with them and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cheese melts. 4 to 5 servings.
