FESTIVE CHICKEN 
Boned chicken breasts (to serve 8)
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 jar Russian dressing

Mix above ingredients in bowl. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve over rice. Recipe will serve 8. May be used over chicken breasts with bone. Also thighs, take off skin (bake 1 1/2 hour uncovered).
