CHUCK WAGON STEW 
2 lbs. beef chuck, cut in 1 1/2" cubes
2 tbsp. fat

Thoroughly brown meat on all sides. 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic 1 med. onion, sliced 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. sugar

Add and simmer 2 hours. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. 1/2 lb. sm. white onions 3 med. potatoes, cut in chunks

Add and cook 20 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
