MINT FUDGE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
3 tbsp. creme de menthe syrup
Several drops green food coloring

TOPPING:

1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's fudge topping (NOT syrup)
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 tbsp. creme de menthe syrup
2 drops green food coloring

Prepare white cake mix according to package directions EXCEPT substitute 3 tablespoons creme de menthe for the 3 tablespoons of water called for in the directions. Add a few drops of green food coloring to tint. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan; bake according to package directions. Let cake cool completely.

TOPPING: Spread cane of Hershey's fudge topping over cooled cake. Mix Cool Whip, 1 tablespoon of creme de menthe syrup and 2 drops of green food coloring; spread over fudge topping. Refrigerate.
