OATMEAL PUMPKIN BREAD 
Mix:

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Combine:

1 c. oatmeal
1 c. hot milk

Let oatmeal and milk stand 5 minutes, then stir in:

3/4 c. pumpkin
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. melted butter

Stir in dry ingredient mixture. Mix well. Add:

1/2 c. chopped pecans

Pour into greased 9 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
