BARBECUED ROAST - SUSIE CANON
HURT TO NORMA MC CARROLL
 
Mix:

2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. black pepper

Mix and pour over roast (roast may be one of your choice, including brisket). Cover tightly and marinate overnight. Next morning, uncover and add 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce. Cover again and cook at 250 degrees for 5 to 8 hours, depending on size of roast. Makes toughest cuts tender and is delicious!
