RHUBARB BARS 
CRUST:

3/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. powdered sugar

Press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes.

TOP LAYER:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. rhubarb, diced

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until appears done, 350 degrees.
