PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
3/4 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1 instant chocolate pudding
2 c. milk

Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Add 1 cup Cool Whip. Mix instant pudding with milk. Pour half of pudding mixture into pie shell. Top with peanut butter mixture. Then pour rest of pudding on top of this; add rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
