CHOC DELIGHT 
STEP I:

1 stick butter, melted
1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Blend. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until light brown. Cool.

STEP II:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Cream together (softened) cream cheese, sugar, fold in Cool Whip. Spread on crust.

STEP III:

2 sm. pkg. instant Jello chocolate pudding

Follow instructions only use 3 c. milk

STEP IV:

Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate and cut into squares.
