1 c. brown sugar
2 c. water
1/2 c. cocoa
12 marshmallows
1 box devil's food cake mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix brown sugar, water, and cocoa. Add marshmallows. Beat cake mix according to instructions; add slowly to marshmallows. Spread top with nuts. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan for 30 or 35 minutes at 350 degrees and serve.
