3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1 tbsp. hot water
2 c. chocolate chips

Combine sugars and cream with butter. Then add eggs and mix well. Add flour and baking powder; mix. Then add baking soda in water and mix well. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
