2 c. unsalted pecans
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pat butter
Dash Tabasco sauce
Salt

Melt butter with Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces; mix well. Remove from heat and add pecans. Stir for at least 5 minutes. To coat each nut. Line cookie sheet with paper towels and spread nuts evenly. Bake in 300 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Watch carefully last 5 minutes. Pour out on clean paper towels and salt well. Cool thoroughly and store in tight containers.
