NOODLES AND GROUND BEEF
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. wide noodles
Lg. container creamed cottage cheese
Lg. sour cream
1 c. chopped green onions
2 lbs. ground beef
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
2 c. Ragu sauce
1/2 c. Mozzarella, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and green onions. Set aside. Brown ground beef. Add the salt, pepper and garlic salt. Drain excess fat from meat.

Add Ragu sauce to ground beef. Cook until bubbly and hot. Layer noodles in 9 x 13 inch deep oven proof dish. Cover with cream mixture then layer with meat sauce mixture. Top with grated cheeses and bake 25-30 minutes until cheeses are melted. Serves 8.
