CHICKEN CHEDDAR BAKE 
2 tsp. reduced calorie butter
2 tsp. flour
1 pkg. chicken bouillon
1/4 c. skim milk
1 oz. cooked chicken
1/4 c. mushrooms
1 can French style green beans
1 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and bouillon. Stir in milk until slightly boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in chicken and mushrooms. Pour over beans in a casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 1 serving.
