EGG BAKE 
2 c. croutons
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 slices fried beacon
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine cheese and croutons in a 9 inch square pan. Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over crouton mixture. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top. (When in a hurry, use 1/2 jar Real Bacon Bits). Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until set. Recipe can be easily doubled, use a cake pan.
