COCONUT MACAROONS 
1/3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet well. Mix salt, flour and coconut together. Pour in vanilla and condensed milk. Stir well to make a smooth, thick batter. Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto cookie sheet allowing at least an inch between cookies. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove immediately from cookie sheet and cool on racks. Makes 18 cookies.
