CHICKEN ALMOND CASSEROLE 
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. toasted almonds
2 tsp. grated onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. American cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine ingredients, except cheese and potato chips. Toss lightly. Put in casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes.
