PINK FLUFF PIE 
1 roll refrigerated sliced bake cookies
1 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. almond flavoring
few drops red food coloring

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease and sugar bottom of sides of pan with cookie slices overlapping slightly to form a scalloped edge (use about 1/2 roll).

Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown; cool.

Beat cream until thick. Add sugar. Fold in remaining ingredients. Spoon into cooled crust. Chill at least 1 hour.

Use sugar, butterscotch, nut, peanut butter cookies.

Yield: 9-inch pie.
