“KATHERINE'S CHICKEN BOG” IS IN:

KATHERINE'S CHICKEN BOG 
1 roasted chicken, chopped, skin removed
1 pkg. Andouille or smoked sausage, sliced and sautéed
Consommé Rice
2 cups UNCLE BEN'S® Original Rice
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/4 stick butter
2 cans beef consommé
1 can beef broth

Sauté onion in butter for a few minutes just until soft. Add raw rice to coat with butter and onion. Add beef broth and consommé. Bring to a gentle boil. Place in covered casserole dish. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.

Mix chicken and sausage with Consommé Rice. Voilà! Chicken Bog. Enjoy!
