10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 tbsp. fresh chopped onion

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.

Fat free sour cream may be substituted.
