CREAMED PEAS AND NOODLES 
2 (single-serving size) env. instant garden vegetable soup mix with noodles
3/4 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. dairy sour cream or plain yogurt

In a 3 quart casserole, combine soup mix and water; stir in peas. Cover and microwave for 5 to 7 minutes on high. Remove and stir in sour cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
