ONE DISH MEAL SUPREME | |
4 med. potatoes, sliced 4 lg. carrots, sliced 1 lg. onion, chopped 1/3 c. uncooked rice 2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1 lb. hamburger 3 c. tomato juice Place vegetables in greased casserole and add salt and pepper. Pat out hamburger to fit casserole. Place on top of vegetables. Cover with juice. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. 6 servings. |
