3 tbsp. sour cream
2 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. coleslaw mix

Mix first seven ingredient and then add coleslaw mix. Toss and chill.
