BEACON HILL COOKIES | |
1 c. (6 oz.) chocolate chips 2 egg whites Dash of salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. vinegar 3/4 c. chopped nuts Melt chips over hot water. Beat egg whites with salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Beat until stiff peaks form. Beat in vanilla and vinegar. Fold in chocolate and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven about 10 minutes. Remove immediately. |
