SNOW TOP PINEAPPLE SQUARES 
2 (13 1/4 oz.) cans undrained crushed pineapple
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Lettuce

Spread pineapple on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water. Gradually pour gelatin over marshmallows. Fold mayonnaise into whipped cream; spread gently over gelatin mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Chill until firm. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce. 12 to 16 servings.
