GOLDSMITH DIET CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter

FILLING:

2 c. lite cottage cheese
3 oz. sugar free Jello
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. hot water
2 tsp. vanilla
10 oz. Cool Whip

CRUST: Combine crumbs, sugar and butter in medium bowl. Press into 9" torte pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.

FILLING: Blend cottage cheese in blender. Add dissolved Jello, lemon juice and vanilla; blend. Add Cool Whip. Put in pan. Chill.
