CRANBERRY SAUCE 
2 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. plus 1/4 c. brandy

Wash and clean cranberries. Place cranberries in baking pan. Add sugar and brandy, reserving 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 cup brandy. Stir and mix well; cover with foil.

Bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour; stir every 20 minutes. Remove from oven and add remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 cup brandy. Stir and chill. May be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
