CAVATINI 
1 lb. ground sausage
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
1 stick pepperoni, sliced
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1/2 box rotini or rigatoni
1/2 box twist macaroni
6 to 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook first 5 ingredients in skillet until sausage is done; drain. Add Ragu sauce and stir. Cook the pasta according to instructions on box; drain. Pour pasta into 2 large casserole dishes. Add half of sauce to each dish. Top each with half of the Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Note: Makes enough for company or freeze 1 for later.
