SIX LAYER DINNER 
2 c. sliced raw potatoes
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. hamburger
1 lg. onion, diced
1 c. sliced carrots
2 c. canned tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Tomato juice

Place ingredients in order given, in a greased baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste. A little tomato juice if it gets too dry. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
