ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
4 tbsp. sesame seeds
4 tbsp. slivered almonds
1 c. light salad oil
6 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sesame seed oil
4 tbsp. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 head chopped cabbage
4-6 green onions
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. uncooked Ramen noodles, chicken flavor
4 cooked chicken breasts, diced

Toast sesame seeds and slivered almonds until golden. In small bowl combine salad oil, rice vinegar, lemon juice, sesame seed oil, salt and pepper. Combine rest of ingredients in large bowl. Toss with oil mixture. Serves 6-8. Keeps in refrigerator 2 weeks.
