EASY RIGATONI 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 pkg. (12 oz.) rigatoni noodles

Remove sausage from casing; brown with onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, oil, and parsley. Bring to boil; simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Serve with sauce. Makes 6 (1 1/3 cups) servings.
