ORANGE MUFFINS 
1 c. oats
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. plus 3 tsp. toasted wheat germ
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. evaporated skimmed milk
3/4 c. raisins
3 tbsp. frutose
3 egg whites
1/2 c. orange juice concentrate
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients and raisins. Combine liquid ingredients, add to dry and blend well. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
