MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
1- 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1/3 c. cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. chopped nuts

Frosting:

1 stick soft butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa

Mix sugar and cocoa, cream together with butter and eggs, beating well. Add vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add flour, coconut, and nuts; mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. When done and still warm, spread marshmallow cream over cake and allow to cool in the pan.

Mix frosting ingredients and cover cake.
