BREAD CRUMB PANCAKES 
2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 eggs

Soak crumbs overnight in buttermilk. Next morning mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt together. Add to first mixture with the salad oil and egg. Beat until mixed. Cook on a hot lightly greased griddle. Cakes will be light. Enough for 4 people.
