EASY DUMPLINGS 
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. Romano cheese
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients, add eggs and milk just before dropping into rapidly boiling water. Do not take cover off of pan until 15 minutes are up, that is how long the Dumplings take to cook. Do not overload pan. Serve buttered with chicken or great for soup.
