BARBECUE CHICKEN 
Flour about 8 fryer parts in hot oil. Set aside.

BARBECUE SAUCE:

2 onions, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
3 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. water
5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 tbsp. brown sugar

After browning chicken, remove all but 2 tablespoons fat. Add all ingredients to pan and stir well. Add chicken to sauce and turn to coat. Cook slowly until chicken is tender.
