CHICKEN PICCATA 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1 egg
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. unsifted flour
1/8 tsp. each garlic powder AND paprika
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. chicken flavored instant bouillon or 2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
1/2 c. boiling water

Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon. Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika. Dip chicken in egg mixture then in flour mixture.

In skillet, brown chicken in butter. Dissolve bouillon water, add with remaining lemon to skillet. Cover, simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Garnish as desired. Serve over rice or pasta. Serves 4. ENJOY! I prefer more garlic and more paprika. Add fresh mushrooms last 10 minutes of cooking.
