9" unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 rounded tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Have butter soft; add sugar; cream together well. Add flour and eggs; beat well. Stir in buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Place on wire rack to cool completely before serving.
