CHEESEBALL 
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded med. Cheddar cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Ground paprika
Chili powder
Chopped pecans

Combine cheese, hot sauce, and Worcestershire. Mix well. Shape into a ball. Combine paprika, chili powder, pecans, roll cheese ball in mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Yield: 1 1/2 pounds cheese ball.
