POTATO LEEK SOUP 
5 med. potatoes, sliced thin
1 lg. leek, chopped
12 med. stalks celery, chopped
3 c. milk
3 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 lb. butter

Melt butter. Saute leeks and celery. Add all other ingredients. Cook until all veggies are tender, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
