STIR FRY 
1 lb. cooked beef, cut up
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. Oriental vegetables
1 pkg. stir-fry seasoning blend

Combine seasoning mix with 1/3 cup water, set aside. Take cut-up beef and stir-fry in 2 tablespoons of oil until thoroughly cooked. Then add vegetables and stir-fry until tender. Pour seasoning mix over meat and vegetables and simmer. Serve over cooked rice.
