SWEET POTATOES WITH NUT TOPPING | |
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 stick butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk Combine and blend well. Set aside. TOPPING: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1/3 c. plain flour 1/3 stick butter Mix brown sugar, pecans, flour. Use butter to grease pan. Sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
