CARROTS WITH BACON CASSEROLE 
9-12 med. carrots
5 slices bacon
1 sm. onion
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Cook carrots until tender and cut into julienne strips. Brown bacon and crumble. Cook onions until transparent. Mix bacon, onion and carrots in buttered baking dish. Add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Pour melted butter over all. Toss and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 6.
