FRESH PEACH CAKE 
2 sticks (1/2 lb.) butter
2 c. flour
2 eggs
Pinch of salt

FRUIT MIX:

6 c. fresh peaches, sliced
1 1/2-1 3/4 c. sugar
5 tbsp. minute tapioca

Mix cake (or crust) ingredients and pat into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Build up sides a bit. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and add fruit mix.

Fruit Mix: Mix ingredients above and let stand 15 minutes. Then fill the baked crust and return to oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream or yogurt as you wish.
