ITALIAN ZUCCHINI CRESCENT PIE 
3 1/2 - 4 c. diced zucchini
1 c. diced onion
1/4 c. butter

Saute above ingredients. Let cool and stir in, mixing well. 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. basil 2 beaten eggs 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

CRUST:

1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls

Mold rolls in 10" ungreased pie pan to form crust. Pour filling into crust and bake. Pastor Jan's favorite!
