SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1 c. grated cheese (combine any or all of these cheeses: Swiss, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, Parmesan or for a sporadic version, try using Feta cheese) Thaw frozen spinach. Mix spinach and liquid with all other ingredients. Pour into a greased pan and bake uncovered in oven at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour or until brown. |
