SHRIMP VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
6 1/2 oz. shrimp, boiled and drained
1 sm. purple onion, ringed
1 carrot, cut in strips
3 1/2 oz. mushroom pieces
1 med. tomato, diced
2 stalks broccoli, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
Med. head lettuce
Tomato dressing

Line serving bowl with lettuce leaves. Mix vegetables and mushrooms, tossing lightly, adding in shrimp. Pour into lettuce lined bowl. Serve with low-calorie dressing.

TOMATO DRESSING:

1 (8 oz.) can seasoned tomato sauce
1 tbsp. salad vinegar
1 tsp. onion juice
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. basil

Combine in a jar shaking well. Chill. Each tablespoon = 5 calories. Salad servings = 13- calories without dressing.
