BAKED SPAGHETTI 
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/4 green pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
Dash of garlic salt
1 can tomato soup
3/4 soup can water
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Spaghetti
Parmesan cheese

Saute onion and pepper in oil. Add ground beef and garlic salt and brown. Add tomato soup, water, and tomato paste and simmer for 30 minutes. Cook enough spaghetti to serve 4-6 people.

Spread spaghetti in a 1-quart casserole dish. Add ground meat mixture and mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 4-6 people.
