15-20 Oreo cookies
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 egg yolks
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar

Melt butter and crush Oreos. Mix together and press into springform pan.

With cream cheese at room temperature, combine remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour half of mixture into crust. Break up additional Oreos and sprinkle on top of mixture. Top with remaining batter mixture. Bake at 300 to 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
